Cleansing Diet To Lose 20 Pounds In 2 Weeks

One of the main components of this cleansing diet is the cayenne pepper lemonade drink which you will need to drink daily along with 8 glasses of water.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of hot water

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients above and stir into a smooth mixture, drink it 3 times per day. Once before breakfast, once before lunch and once before you go to sleep. This drink should be consumed throughout the diet cleanse for best results.

Day 1

This is when you have to decide on your menu and only choose organic fresh foods to consume along with our drink.

Day 2

Day 2 consists of only fresh organic fruits and vegetables along with your cleansing drink. You are not allowed to consume anything else. You will also need to remove unhealthy foods such as sugar, alcohol, caffeine, dairy, and meat from your diet.

Day 3

On the third day, you are only allowed to drink green smoothies, water, and your cleansing weight loss drink.

Day 4

Day 4 requires you consume fruits, vegetables, orange juice, cleansing drink and water throughout the day. You will also need to drink a cup of laxative tea to clear out your colon.

Day 5

On day 5, 6 & 7 you will need to increase the amount of cayenne pepper drink to 6 cups per day and only eat foods from the free diet plan list!

Day 8

On day 8, 9, & 10, you are allowed to have all the green smoothies you like along with as much cabbage soup as you can eat. You will also need to continue drinking 6 cups of the cayenne pepper drink along with 8 glasses of water during the day.
